1. Information on the website
We make reasonable efforts to keep information about products, prices, availability, included accessories and technical specifications accurate and up to date. Information may be corrected where a manufacturer changes a product specification, included accessories or packaging.
Product images are illustrative. Colours and certain visual details may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturer changes or the relevant production series. Such differences do not limit the customer's rights where the delivered product does not conform to the contract.
2. Prices and availability
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise in the relevant offer. Delivery charges are shown separately before an order is confirmed.
Prices, promotions and the product range may change. The price and terms shown to the customer when the order was submitted and confirmed in the order documents apply to that order. If an obviously incorrect price or information is displayed due to a technical or manifest error, we will contact the customer before fulfilling the order to agree on the next steps.
Placing an item in the shopping cart does not in itself reserve the item. Availability is confirmed during order processing.
3. Orders and payment
An order is fulfilled after confirmation and in accordance with the information sent to the customer. Where advance payment by bank transfer is selected, the seller is not required to dispatch the goods before receiving the full payment.

4. Product selection and use
General information, comparisons and recommendations on the website do not replace the instructions for a particular product or individual professional advice. The customer is responsible for selecting a product suitable for their needs, except where the customer informed the seller of a specific intended purpose before conclusion of the contract and the seller confirmed that the product was suitable for that purpose.
Products must be installed, used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and safety requirements. This disclaimer does not limit the customer's rights in relation to goods that do not conform to the contract.

We endeavour to keep the website available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, communication failures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The website may contain links to third-party websites. Unless otherwise required by law, we are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those websites.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or restricts consumer rights concerning conformity of goods, withdrawal, guarantees or the submission of claims.
Distance contracts are governed by the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014, “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”, and other applicable legislation.
